I have been a guest of Linda Whitaker in Murphys Pond Condos.
I think this is the greatest community website and organization I have ever known about. I owned a condo in Tampa, Florida and although we had our monthly homeowners meetings, they never brought the residents such useful and important information as I read through this morning. I will be moving to northern Ohio and hope that I can purchase in a community just like this one!

Elaine – I hope this is not too late for you, but thank you for your comments. I think most of us would like to have Murphys Pond the most desirable community on the planet – all things considered. I am just trying to do my part. – Jeff

crime in progress
Call 645-4545 option 4 if it is not an
emergency, if a crime has been committed (but is no longer in progress) or to
report a suspicious vehicle or person(s).
If you find yourself asking whether
you should call, CALL!
It is better to be safe and have the
police determine it is nothing,
than to find out that you could have prevented a
crime!
